OK I'm not too savy with figuring out the optimal dimensions on a box. I realize most subs have a recommended box volume but I need the advice of the pros on here. (Rotarygod that means you ) Anyway the speaker is one 10" JL W7 with a JL 500/1 amp pushing it. I listen to most types of music and want something that will give nice crisp hits nothing "mushy"

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

I've never built a sub box before and basically just want to have something custom in my trunk. Any suggestions/ideas on design please contribute.
