Here are pics of the inside of my black rx-8, with my new blue neons! I installed them some time during christmas and never put the pics up. Two blueneon tubes under the footwells and two on the sides in the back. Also two white neons in the trunk because the stupid little light in the trunk at night doesn't cut it. tell me what ya think, the pics aren't that good but you can still see the sickness of the neons.

Now if you can eliminate the round white light in the door it will look nice. Maybe turn it blue too.

theres a control switch tucked under my footwell where i can make them flash stay on/off or make them go with the music.

 

12" neon tubes

I bought the neon tubes off ebay and wired it myself modded the cig lighters, but its all wired invisible and everything

 

I was thinking of doing that plus the dome lights blue but dont know how bright the inside of the car would get so i didnt yet?

 

dont kno the brand but I got them off ebay for $8 a piece.

 

get some 6-led white LEDs from superbrightleds or autolumination... theyre not quite white, but rather a slight blueish. I replaced all my interior lights with them, and the car looks reall nice when you turn them on or open the door or anything. Theyre not as bright as the stock incandescent lighting, but they still give off plenty of light for reading maps at night or whatever. Also, because of the blue tint, they'd match your lighting already... just a tip

 

try V-led.com also...they are much better then autolum.

 

I saw some Blue LED bulbs that fit the stock location. I'm looking into them.
