First off just wanted to say im a new 8 owner as of yesterday and of course like many others have already planned everything out that I want to do. The bose system just doesn't have enough bass to it so i am going to start off with a boston G5. I did a search and couldn't find anything on how to either remove the stock 6 disk to access the back wires or how to access them in general. Would somebody let me know how to get to them or point me to a forum that has a how-to? Thanks!

Search harder as this has most definitely been covered here. Use the Audio LC6i + bass remote to tap into the signal at the Bose amplifier under the rear deck. Look for the normally grey sheathed preamp lines from the head unit. Start by reading the stickies up above.
