anyone change their h.i.d

hey everyone im just wondering if any one has changed there lights there not as clear/bright as my other vehicles.

no flaming just a simple question.

They are the same d2s bulbs that are in both of my parent's 745i, X5, and Maranello 575. The differance is the prism, or "dome" that the light goes through. The BMW and Ferrari ones are better, thus they distribute light better, the Mazda one is less expensive so there is less light distribution. I had the same problem with my '04 Saab 9-3.

They work quite well for me, and I see no reason to replace them. Got plenty of other things to spend money on...

If you want to replace them, you can get differant bulbs. By doing this you will lose brightness, and view clarity though. Stock is a 4800k d2s bulb, if you get anything higher (greater than 5000k; you will just go duller, and more blue of emitting light. The higher light temp (k's), the more dull the light emitted.
