Compustar has a lifetime warranty. My guess is that you did not buy it from a authorized dealer. I have had zero failures of Compustar brains from any type of dead battery and jumping situation.

nope definitely didnt buy from a dealer. as far as i was aware a dealer would have to install it in my car for me in order to provide the warranty.. and no one will install it on a 6sp.
