My audiobahn amp went out this weekend--and I plan on ordering the 5 channel Alpine V12 to push those and a Polk/Momo 8" sub; I ran the speakers off of the factory head unit temporarily. I must say I was impressed with the sound from the factory headunit and my Infinity Speakers; so for those of you that aren't as concerned with sound system setup or don't want the added hassle of amps and subs--the factory head unit and aftermarket speakers will be sufficient for you. Changing the speakers is a must from the base speakers.
