Ok i searched but to no avail. Would it be hard to add the "homelink" rearview mirror to an 8 without it from teh factory? I assume that like most manufacturers, the car is already equipped with the harness tucked away in the roof somewhere and all i need to do is buy the right rearview and plug it all in. Am I correct? Has anyone done this?

I think this topic came up already - and apparently, the wiring is not in place. So you likely have to lead a power wire to the new mirror. The dome light is nearby, so this should be not too complicated.
