Hi all

I was cleaning out my RX8 today and noticed that of the two front cup holders nearest the gear stick, only the front one seems to have a soft sponge pad at the bottom. The rear one does'nt, it just has a plastic base. Can anyone confirm please if their RX is the same or if I am missing one?

I think I had both pads at one point, I for sure remember having one, and then....well hell i cant remember what I did with it..

mine had them but if you put drinks in there, odds are one will cling to the bottom without you noticing and they'll come out.

 

Tasty beverages....a likely suspect.

 

Actually I had none because I got the car used
Depending on their texture, I suspect they might get stained by the daily morning coffee and the occasional 9k rpm on the way to work
