I have a 2004 rx8 and would like to find a 2005 radio head unit. I want the Satellite radio option that the 2004 does not have. I also have the cassette player in my car now, but cannot remember the last time I owned a tape. Does anyone have a 2005 unit they would be willing to trade for my 2004?

I just bought my RX8 used and it only came with 1 key and remote. Does anyone know if the 2005 keys will work on the 2004? 2004 has the seperate remote and I Believe the 2005 is the switchblade style which is much nicer! Please advise.

 

Dont know if anyone on here has a head unit they would switch. But I do know there are sections on this website that are for vendors and also just the electronic section. As for the keys, yes the 2005 will work with a 2004. There have been plenty of threads about that subject and many member who have already done it. Good luck in your search.
