I've been looking at a 2005 Touring model online and was wondering two things, do the Touring models come with the Bose system and HID Headlights? If it helps it has the 6 disc cd changer and 2 tone black/red leather.

 

if it has the bose system in there its easy toi find ... just look at the door and look at where the speakers are ... and if it says BOSE ... then yes

 

If it has factory 2 tone black/red leather, it;s a GT.

 

Yes it has HID headlamps and should have the Bose. Look in the center of the dash above the radio, if it has a small speaker grille it has/had a bose stereo.
I have a 05 Touring model, so I kinda know .

 

I looked and I'm not seeing the speaker grille, but heres a few pics so maybe you can tell?

 

The small speaker grille is above the headunit, above A/C vents, above the red LCD display all the way next to where the center V shaped console meets the front windshield.

Also I'm really not sure but shouldn't the bose systems have the Bose logo on the speakers?

 

Turn it up.....If it sounds like a$$ you still don't know which one you have!!

Check the sail pod. (The little plastic piece in the front corner of the front door window where the tweeter is.) It will say Bose if it is Bose.

Don't worry about it. You will probably end up changing it out anyway.

 

I believe that the 05 touring just has a single cd bose with hid. Thats what i have.
