No modifications needed. Just put holes and bolt it in.

You will know fitment once you buy it. Like most everything aftermarket that needs to be fitted, you will pay someone to fix it and make it line up properly.

Personally I think having a wing and a lip looks stupid, even that wing alone looks bad to me but to each his own. It comes with the lip(is that the right term?) attached to it.
