I believe this is the kei office front lip which is dicontinued... correct me if I'm wrong

 

I believe this may be right just for the fact those are the kei office eyelids and I have NEVER came across this in all my adventures on rx8club so i think silvere8 is bang on.

 

I had a feeling that it was a Kei-Office part, but it was my worst fear knowing that they're no longer around.... This is one of the best itegrated front spoilers I've seen.

I imagine that there must be one or two sitting in somebody's warehouse someplace.... now, how to find it?
