Where can i get this front lip spoiler? (pic).

where is the best place to get one like this? My RX8 is yellow and this looks perfect for me. thanks... sorry for nooooooooob question...

Not exactly stock. It's a part of the Appearance Package. Yes, you can get it from a dealer or there was a guy selling them on ebay much cheaper.

Dealership charges more. You could search on different vendors on this site, or you could get it used for cheap, like ebay or something.
