The following picture is basically the way I want my 8 to look, without some of the stuff that would take major changes.

Does anyone know when this kit is comming out? If anything, I just want the front fender and rear spoiler...I could always find something cheaper for the sides.

 

Have no idea when it will be out, but I wouldn't mind picking up the front or the rear spoiler. Both look nice.

 

Oh yeah, I wouldn't mind the rims either.

 

Knowing Mazda's RIP OFF prices, it's probably going to cost me sleeping on the couch for a month or two.

I found identical ones, but not by the MS name.

Where are they now...I honestly have no idea. I went looking around and found them but I forget where...sorry. I'll check out my links at home and get back to you.

They aint cheap I'll tell you that much.

 

There are plenty of clone rims out there in this style. I haven't found any for my car because I want 18x8.5, but there seem to be several companies that make that style in 17's, 18x7.5, 18x8 and even 18x9. I only remember Advan (way too expensive) and ADR. But there are several others. Research wheel websites and you'll find some. You can always wait for the MS wheels to come here, or I guess get them from Japan, but you will probably pay a premium.

 

Yeah, I was just going to say the look like Advans to me. I believe Model 5 or something like that. VERY expensive.

 

the kit is pretty hot...minus those ugly *** strakes and the chrome gas cap..haha

I'd like to know when, if ever, it's coming out too. I want to be able to decide on just getting the appearance package or getting that. I don't think the current Mazdaspeed kit looks all that great, especially in red.

Yeah, those are the ones I found and YES...they are way too pricy.

I think this either new or concept MS kit is nicer than the current one also, It's more aggressive...tough looking.

But...that's why I started this thread, I have yet to hear they are going to build this kit.

 

I'd like to check out the rear bumper and rear lip spoiler. Don't really like the new fenders.

 

Yeah, the fenders is not a change I'd do...I just want the front fender and rear spoiler (which I suspect is the Euro spoiler but I don't know), and if I sell enough stuff on eBay the rims also...lol.

 

I like the spoiler....why only 18" why don't they make it 19".The rim look nice

 

that C6 front end is as about as bad as the rx8 style front end they sell for civics...

 

I think it looks better than all kit's out there today, so I hope they build it.
