My car goes in the shop to get the bumper and rear quarter repainted tomorrow. I was thinking to myself if I had the cash I would change the color. What color would you change your Eight to? These are the colors I would want to do.

I have really been feeling white lately

 

 

I always wanted a white sports car but for some reason I do not want white on the Eight for some reason.

 

That goldish silver color that Mazda had on their R3 show car back when the S2 came out (it was never used in production). I Don't have a picture at the moment.

 

As much as I love my PB, I currently have a Stormy Blue MS bumper, wing and diffuser, and that color has grown on me a lot!
It's actually the color I've wanted to paint all of my past RX's.

 

I would like to go Stormy Blue or CWP. But I am planning on a respray but the car will be done in VR again just to keep it simple. Doing a complete color change is tough.

 

I like bluish color. I have a blue Mazda 6 already. When I was searching for an rx8, I didn't find a blue rx8 on that time, and decided just to get a white one. Cannot wait to get and own an rx8, I guess.

I'm kinda with paimon on this one. The eight looks great in white. I don't even like white cars, but I've been feeling it lately too.

If my 8 could suddenly transform into my dream 2002 Lotus Esprit, it would get Lambo orange

 

I change my mind. I would paint her white or keep her red and put in red leather interior.

 

Full body paint jobs cost mad money, especially if you do a color change assuming it's done right.

 

Classic Red. It's cheap and easy to respray if you scratch it lol.

Yes! major win! That color would look great on an 8. I know that F14 back there well... it was part of my sister squadron on my last cruise, VF-31 Tomcatters showbird.

 

F-14 is my favorite fighter of all time next to the P-51 Mustang.

I agree about the f-14. The vertical stabs were painted red with Felix the cat for the last westpac in 2005 on the John c. Stennis CVN-74. I was on that cruise with Vf-31. Now known as VFA-31
