Katzkin makes the best, and they run around $1000 a set.

Don't know about Katzkin's offering... but here is the thread about my leather interior.
I'm happy with the quality.
And magixpuma, for God's sake, at least try to write in a way that makes some sense :p
"Charraple"... geez.

Hey Mazda, get a freakin' clue:

Some people want leather without the stupid headroom-reducing, windnoise-adding, extra-weight-in-the-worst-possible-place sunroof!

Adding the sunroof -REDUCES- headroom by about 2". You should be able to get leather without the sunroof. You can in Canada, anyway (Canzoomers car is like this). Usually US cars have many more option packages than Canadian cars (mostly due to volume - your volume is 10X ours).

All that being said, aftermarket leather can be much higher quality and less expensive than factory. Remember, from Mazda only the "seating areas" are leather (the centre panel on the bottom and seat back). Side bolsters, seat surrounds, and seat backs are cleverly matched vinyl.

Unfortunately in the US you can only get leather seats as part of the GT package, with the Bose, sunroof, heated seats and other assorted BS (Note: You may be able to get it with the Touring package, I don't remember...but you are still stuck with the damn sunroof and Bose).
