i was thinking of doing the rear diffuser and had been my plan a while back but i ended up just getting the rear aero flares b/c i couldn't pull the trigger. i just got rear ended that didn't do a ton of damage but enough to scratch up the OEM rear diffuser/plastic area so i'll need to replace. i was thinking MS rear but am tempted by the CF MS rear.

It doesn't look bad, but it doesn't match what I have in my mind. Mainly because it doesn't get rid of the stock underspoiler, it just attaches under it. Because of that, it doesn't have the same "flow", as a full CF underspoiler. I'm really picky about things like that

The solution to that would have been CF wrapping the stock underspoiler, but if I do that, I wouldn't need a CF rear diffuser anyways.

Yes we can do it, unfortunately not Dry.

$1095 shipped in the states for just the rear piece.

If you guys don't know Race Roots was initally Fluid Motorsports who made a Rep MS diffuser and Wing. He's made quite a name for himself these past year or two. They looked great, but since he had some problems with the painter and such he dropped the product. I guess they are going to try again, I just hope he doesn't encounter more headaches like before..

You could probably google up a few underspoilers, but there wouldn't be a guarantee that they are any good at fitment (which would screw up the mold lol)

This comversation is pretty funny, alot of talking about "diffusers" but I have yet to hear anyone with any ideas about a real diffuser, all I hear is talk of bumper trims, which have little to no effect on your cars actual aero performace, just a whole lot of flex in the bumper which again has no real effect of the downforce characteristics of the car,,,,

Never said I was looking for aerodynamics. Only was using whatever term the market has for these things.
