Tip of the week 03-14-10

Clean any tree sap, bee pollen, bird crap, right away.

Do not let it sit in the sun.

The items above can eat through the clear coat. Then you will be able to see the damage from an angle.


Best bet.........................

Keep a bottle of seltzer water in the car.

Poor on, wipe off with cloth.

Had this happen a couple of months ago. I was lucky i forgot something in my car so i came back and saw it. I freaked out. Lucky i had my claybar, detailer and my microfiber in the trunk Kinda tough at first but i kept scrubbing and got it off.

I don't understand why you keep posting these "tip of the week" threads in the Series II section. It doesn't have anything to do with Series II, why don't you post these threads in the RX-8 Show and Shine section?!
