Hello,
I'm currently looking for a Kit, actually just ONE bumper/side skirt in particular from RX-8Club and looking to make a replica kit of it. I can make anything in Poly Urathane, Fiberglass, or Carbonfiber. The material that the kit will be made out of will depend on the shape, panel, and interest. For example if a front bumper is elected then I would by all means try to make it avliable in urathane. However it is very hard to copy the Grill, Ducts, Flares with urathane (as urathane needs support for it to stay up). If a piece is very complicated then FiberGlass would be use. Advantages of fiberglass is that it is ALWAYS repairable depending on how much you're willing to work and it can be molded/modified for other needs (IE Custom Wide-Body) another advantage is that I can lay CarbonFiber over any Fiberglass piece - yes actual carbon fiber not a sticker. However I'll need to first make a mold of it. Once a mold is made I can make a portion of it in Glass (Example the Lip Portion of a bumper to be in carbon while keeping the rest of the bumper in glass) keeping the cost down but allowing the same effect.

We test fit every single batch we make to insure fitment. So far we've caught a few batches that we've sent right back. We have not had any unsatisfied customers and do not plan on having any in the future. However, if for some reason you are not happy with the product simply return it (at our cost if shipping is necessary) and I'll refund you fully myself so there is no down time for you - no need to wait for us to take a look at the product or anything. As soon as a return shipping track is provided I'll refund you fully with the shipping cost.

I'd like to know what you guys are interested in and I have permission from the admins to start an Interest thread and will pay my vendor dues as soon as the project starts =)

I really like the regular mazdaspeed body kit. Its simple and nice, I am looking for one but cannot afford to buy the real kit being how expensive it is. And I don't want to buy a replica unless I know for sure that fitment is perfect.

I havent looked into buying too many kits cause of the price, so just have knowledge of my limited time here on the forum, but I saw a tsunami kit on a white that I liked cause it had good clearance (dont want to go to low on our shitty PA roads)

yeah i think i like the mazdaspeed kit too. For me it's the same as terrance26 real ones r way too expansive so lookin for a replica but always have questions about fitment if u decide to make mazdaspeed kit and it fits perfectly COUNT ME IN!

You're going to get a lot of requests for INGS and Mazdaspeed but I'd say the ATH would be worth ur time because to my knowledge there r no US distributors and i just searched on ebay and nada came up. ^.^
