Got out today and noticed that my driver side side mirror fixture was raising up a bit where it meets the door frame. Is there any way to tighten this fixture to make it snug again. I looked at my passanger side and it is flush.

Below is a picture of what I mean, wish I could have taken a picture of my car but alas I'm at work and no camera.
