Rusty rear rotors

Rusty rear rotors
Hey so my car for awhile now has had rusty rear rotors and it kills me to look at it 
I dont know why its doing that though is it becuase the brake pad isnt touching that spot on the rotor ? Its killing me though and I was just wondering what you guys thought about the rust (also my front rotors are completley fine and applying the brakes does not work to take it off on the rear ones ) Any and all help is appreciated ! :D

It's a common issue that has been discussed a billion times. Some people were able to get them fixed at the dealer. But basically any rust remover and caliper paint would work to cover the rust. But honestly that's a bit of work. Most just take the opportunity to upgrade.

Oh, and in the future, try and learn to use the search function rather than creating new threads on topics that have been created a bunch of times before.
