it's not an in your face kinda thing. It looks very subtle because of where you placed it and its size.

 

I don't think it's "Rice". I think it's "Dublin Coddle".

I think it's cool. I have stickers on my car too. On the windows though.

^if the reason why you put that sticker on your car falls in between those guidelines then yes...it is rice. If not, you're good.
