If your going to remove emblems... I highly suggest removing all the emblems... If not.. I highly suggest leaving them on. The 8 by itself will look stupid and look like if you are trying to copy the Mazda 3,5,or 6. If you are asking how to take of the emblem.. simple... Use a Heat Gun.

Ive seen it done... it doesnt look bad but RX is the car... i mean removing the RX is like removing the rotary imo. I mean RX stands for Rotary Experimental... idk just my opinion... id prefer to keep the RX-8 badge

No it doesn't. It means Rotary Experiment/Experience, not Experimental.

Haha well we say "Yeah i got my 8" pretty often so i can see why people do it, i thought it was pretty cool.

Off topic: would black emblems look good on a sunlight silver rx8?

if you want to remove the emblem, heat up the emblem then use teeth floss to remove it.

Yeah, please don't try and paint the emblems on the car, seen someone try to do that with a Lancer, it was horrible!
