Removing Double-Sided Tape Residue

Well, I'm preparing to get a new front lip and I am trying to clean up my front bumper. I originally had a Burnout lip that got absolutely demolished by a mound of snow during these storms. There is so double-sided tape I could not remove and it is an absolute bitch to get off. Does anybody know some sort of secret to getting this off? There isn't much left, but it's enough to annoy the hell out of me. Thanks in advance.
