"Raiden" Carbon Fiber Hood Review

My 8 was recently in an accident, and, while insurance is paying for it, might as well do a few upgrades. I opted for a "Raiden" style carbon fiber hood. I must say, I'm impressed. The weave pattern is very tight and clean, the clear coat glistens in the daylight well, and the aggressive styling of the vents stand out. I paid $549 delivered and fitment went perfect. Used the old latch from the old hood and it bolted right up. The gap on the front above the front bumper is the stress impact from the car I was pushed into, not caused by the hood. Just wanted to share and recommend it.

This makes the rest of the car look understated... and it is an RX8.

There's more to be done, this is what I could do in one day with near 100 degree FL heat... Gonna order some black / chrome accent 18" wheels, have a Vader body kit to prep and mount, window tint, and possibly a 1 1/2" drop (dunno yet).... Thanks for the feedback
