rice comments aside, i had them on my civic back in the day and they were more trouble than they were worth...they scraped on speed bumps, and were smashed to pieces everytime i had to 'center' something in the road.

aaanyways, i do truly believe that a heavily contrasting colour (like a very bright electric/French blue, or an intense lavendar/pinkish) would work best, for colour combos. the colour matching thing that a lot of show car guys do is boring as hell.

When I was 15 or so years old that would have been cool. That is so passe that it seems beyond rice to me.

I agree with the electric blue... but then again... i never seem to be able to place the lightning yellow. its not a mustard yellow, n its not a pure yellowww yellow... so im nto sure. if its the unmustard yellow then blue would work. (sorry if it dint make sense)
