i will second this. my exhaust shrouds wouldn't go back on without touching the exhaust, so i just left them off. now i'm trying to save up for a MS rear bumper, which should clear the exhaust.

on the good side it does sound good with an intake and you won't have any problems if you already have the MS bumper.

and I got a very good deal on my Magnaflow Cat Back. I think I paid 574 for the whole thing. I have seen it on websites go for as much as 900 to 1300. Over all I like the lifetime warranty and just like you I searched the threads for an exhaust myself. Everybody is gonna have their own opinion. Just go to youtube and type in exhaust clips that you want to hear. I will say that my Magnaflow is quiet when I need it to be and loud when I really wanna get on. It has a nice raspy sound and isn't too ricey. I have had many compliments on how good it sounds. The tips look very similar to the Borla. To each his own I guess but good luck to you. Let us know what you buy.
