Price for MS sides install?

just a quick question:
how much would it cost to install a set of ms sides?
the place im looking at said they would do it for $400 and just wanted to know if it was an ok price

150-200 from a local bodyshop I imagine.

Hell no thats a rip off! I paid $160 (2 hour job, $80 an hour) at a local shop. The dealer near my house quoted me $90 an hour for a 2 1/2 hour job which came out to something like $240.

it's a biatch, i'll tell you that. I would suggest having a friend there to help you out if you do this since it's the hardest part to install compared to the other MS parts.

Really? I always thought the rear would be the hardest to install. I know to install the sides, you have to drill, and that alone can be intimidating. Also, I figure you'd definitely need two people just because of the size. I'm second guessing if I can do this myself, now.

damn i do feel like im getting ripped off. i mean this place is a well known good business (body and paint shop for 2 dealers) and the guy is a nice guy but that is real expensive, the guy said it would take 3 hours.
is this something that i could take to most bodyshops to get installed?

yes I think any qualifed bodyshop can install and do it right.
and yes its the hardest Ms part to install.doing the right way, its no fun at all.
