Paint Touch ups

Can paint touch-ups be done to cover up small nicks/scratches without it being obvious that they were done?

I bought my car with quite a few small scratches/dings (got some money knocked off for them) and they are really bothering me! I cant really afford to spend 5k plus to get the whole car painted so I was wondering about getting some touch ups..

I would definitely take it to a reputable place to have them done..

It can definitely be done provided you have the right tools (porter cable, sand paper..etc), know what you're doing (read on it, it's not too bad), and have the guts to try it. I am actually thinking of trying this myself, when I manage to get the tools (the porter cable is pretty expensive =[).

Damn! Good thing that guy doesnt do that for a living 14hrs !! I could do that whole car in less than 30 min! Pictures do no justice.. I would NOT try this at HOME!!!!
Please leave to the professionals! You wouldnt belive how many cars I get where some guy thought he could "do it himself "
