It's just like any other good quality spoiler.....it's not a flimsy piece of junk if that is what you are really asking.

Thanks, that is what I was asking. I bought a spoiler online years ago and it flapped in the wind. Sucked to yank a newly painted spoiler off after spending $200.00 and drilling holes in my new RSX.

Althought it is painted using a paint code from a none import the color is very very close to my sunlight silver. I have been in contact with the guy who has about 80 of them already painted....red, black, silver, yellow, blue and white. They are really cheap and he is ready to sell every one of them. I am not a vendor nor am I trying to be one but is someone is interested they need to let me know. I will be calling him tomorrow to advise him on how my install went and to send him pics of the spoiler on my ride. He will be using the pics of my car on his web site since I am the first one with an 8 who has bought one of them from him. The pics I took during the day show the spoiler sitting on the trunk after I drilled the holes.....was not tightened down yet. The pic I took at night is after the install was complete...had to wire up the brake light.

Like I stated earlier you can see how close the color match is on the silver spoiler against my ride.

I would really appreciated it if you would let me know where to buy one just like that same spoiler you got on your rx8 it really look nice and i really do like to have one on my 8,thanks!'

I bought mine in Jan 2007. It took me until the spring of 2009 before I got up the courage to drill into my trunk and install it.
I got mine off Ebay, new. The price was $49 and shipping was $50. :)

Hey man, great job with the spoiler just got one my self going to have it painted soon. I am prob going to install it my self and was wondering if you remembered your measurements that you used for placing the wing and then drilling the holes. Or did you do it all by eye?
