Man~ nice!! I just got my Pearl White RX8 and thinking about getting MS bodykit or Ing+1 bodykit.. but prices are too high on both of the kit.. how much and where did you get your MS bodykit and did you installed it you self? I'm guessing pearl white paint job will cost me more..

Very nice. I am also considering the MS kit. Any thoughts on whether it would still look good without the rear underspoiler?

My 8 is red w/the MS replica front & sides and it looks good w/o the back. I am considering seeing if my body shop can add a lip to my rear aero flares and paint those & the current under spoiler the same color as the other lips, but that's just cause I want it, not because it needs it.

Don't do it.

Anything worth getting shouldn't be done on the cheap. Cortc's is the real deal from Mazda. Nothing fits as good (without at least a little shop work).

Lastly... if you want more details... try the search button. It has been extensively discussed in this forum.

I still have to say replica kit or not

the full kit looks better than just a front or just front and sides IMO

Hi,

I love the way your MS kit looks on your car. I have a question though about the front bumper. It appears you have some type of "filler" piece, for lack of better description, at the top of the main center vent. It helps to make the nose vent look a little less deep. What exactly is this piece and where did you get it?

Thanks.

I dunno Mike... to be honest I'm not a huge fan of the rear. I suppose my ideal rear is plain stock (with a spoiler), AutoExe or Fabulous. But that's my taste... there are many who love the MS rear.

teebee... that "filler" piece on the front of Cortc (and all other OEM MS kits) comes as part of the bumper. It's used to hide the white foam rebar that would normally be visible (the same reason why your normal front grill isn't all open). The JDM OEM MS kit or a replica kit won't have that...

That's the real MS kit and it comes painted already. If you're looking to duplicate the color, try "charcoal grey." It'll give your paint man the general idea.
