Got some problem with the 12000K HIDs-Help!!(pics)

I bought the replacement D2S 12000K HID bulbs, just replaced them today, but after i turn on the lights , they will go off about the same time in about 10~15 seconds, if I turn them off and on again,they light up for 15 seconds again, can't stay for long , dont know what's the problem, need help...PLZ....

It's probably the bulbs...if you had the oem ballast and stuff, then its the new bulbs. Go back to where you bought them and get another.

i think it's our EMU. i know it sounds crazy but our emu checks for the bulb. i know for bmw's, it gives error messages if you mess with their headlights.

change the ballasts and the bulbs together, not just bulbs, that'll work for sure. i don't think it's the bulbs really. that's just my opiinon though.

I see...may be the ballasts' protection is too strong , or i got bad bulbs, i bought them on e-bay, sent the seller 4 messages already, still no reaply...but it said on the web, 7 days reaturn or exchange, and 1 year warrenty...~_~

I'm telling ya, it's the ballasts... People are telling you that it's a defective bulb, they're wrong! Your bulbs are not defective, it's just a safety feature built into our car since 12000k is really high.

I see...you to me that the maxis 9000K,,,so i'm planning to exchange them back to 8000Ks , thanks so much
