my 8 two tone paint job

I just painted the body of my 04, and pulled it out of the of the booth just have to reassemble now. colour is dodge viper snakeskin green and honda granada black pearl.

i will eventually get a good adjustable suspension set up and a decent set of rims soon. i have the oem body, but might get a kit for next season. i'm kinda happy with my K&N typhoon kit since it came free with the car.

with a body kit, rims and suspension, I think the car will look fine.

But, the intake isn't good for your engine. I believe that it actually has a negative effect.Search around for dyno results. But, if you're happy with that, then that's all that matters...

Wasn't this color done long ago by someone else overseas? Seems like a quality job work wise. At least you picked the right intake for it.

lol, its a fun lil ride, working in a collision shop and having access to the paint equipment made this a $200 paint job and just a bunch of my time.

i'm not sure, ive looked and didnt find one like it. i just liked that green especially the way it looks in the sunlight.

is there a better intake system. its the only thing i got. it might be why i have a running issue even with a new motor.

If you put all the different options in a hat and pulled one of them out, you'd definitely get a better one.

Stock is better, that is the V1 K&N intake. It was later revised but wasn't really any better. The stock intake is hard to beat actually.

Lime green is hard to pull off and most will hate it but if you like it then who cares what anyone else thinks. It's not the lime green that i don't like so much, it's the two tone theme that has been done again, and again, and again. Just please do not tell me you are looking at buying the Veilside fish face kit.

I'm not into dubs at all or even chrome for that matter. i think i'll stick with 18"s but just havnt found a set that catches my eye yet. I will look into a better intake system and see how it works out.

yea i'll take some good pics. yeah i know about that two tone job has been done but personally i kinda liked it that way, i'm not looking at veilside kits there too overdone, i was even thinking just the mazdaspeed kit.

MS kit with decent rims w/good fitment would definitely be a refreshing take on bright color schemes.

"look good" is subjective. What looks good to some, won't to others.
