MS sides and back

I really want the MS kit but honestly its hella expensive and I dont want to wait. I really like the way the front of my car looks stock(w/ appearance package) so I was thinking about just doing the MS sides and rear. I know people have done this but I haven’t seen a good pic of it from profile view. I'm afraid there is going to be a significant height difference from the stock front to the MS sides.

Does anyonehave a good pic of this or any advice?

There's a sig floating around with that setup. IMO it looks pretty good.

if you're going to get just one MS part, get the front. it's the only one that actually helps the car function - with more air to the oil coolers, and bigger opening for the radiator.

the rear is the most useless.

I've seen an RX-8 with just the front. I didn't like it at all and I dont really care about function for the mean time since I will eventually be getting the whole kit. The back bumper may be useless but it looks sick, therefore, i must have it.

I had a friend with the MS sides and the appearance lip. It looked fine to me. No significant height difference between the sides and the front. In my opinion, to save money, that look will do just fine.

the difference is about an inch.

oddly, if you measure it, the difference is similar to the front splash guard to the air dam. (they dont line up btw)

I'm running the front and sides and using the rear aero flare. Looks okay, but the full kit looks the nest.

I think the MS sides look much thicker than the AP front lip. I ran that for a short period, and I hated walking up to the car. At the time I wished I hadn't installed it until I got the MS bumper in. Felt the same about the AP rear aero flares.
