no, that is something different. What they/you are seeing is a soft peice of foam...sort of a buffer put on the sideskirt to keep the skirt from scratching the paint when it moves back and forth. It runs the length of the skirt. I have that on mine as well, and it came attached. The double sided tape was also attached to the skirt when it was delivered....it is below the foam...you wont see it when looking down through the gap...you would have to look from underneath.
Vote for adding the gray. The contrast helps to break things up... especially the rear (what the black plastic used to do).
Looks hot. I've loved the copper red ever since I saw it at the Tokyo Motorshow...

Not that I was waiting for a vote, but it looks like the majority agree that the car looks better with one color instead of two. I'll try to post a photo with better light. The ones I put up make the car look a little more orange than it really is. Plus, it's dusty... Once, I get the skirts tightened up and the rear wing on (the appearance package wing, not the MS wing), I'll clean it up and repost a photo. Thanks for all the help and thoughts.
Interesting, not one mention of the wheels, which I really like on this car...
As for selling the "stock kit," what exactly does that mean? I have the stock front bumper, but that is all that is leftover.

stock kit...I would assume that he was referring to the aero package....side flares, front air dam....etc.
One word of warning on the wing...if you at all are coinsidering the MS wing, then do not put the OEM wing on. The holes are the same, but the OEM wing will rub the paint on the trunk in an area not covered by the MS wing....so it will look bad if you eventually take the OEM wing off to replace it with the MS one.
I know, cause I replaced the OEM one with a MS on mine.
