Missing 2 Black Plastics Moldings Just In Front Of Rear Wheels?!!?!?
ARE YOU MISSING 2 BLACK PLASTICS MOULDINGS JUST IN FRONT OF REAR WHEELS?

I took a look today because I will be changing my own tires and rims for the winter and I noticed that there is a missing molding just in from of each rear tire where the jack is supposed to go.

Here are some pics.

I trhink a molding is supposed to cover the exposed drain. Look under the blue line.

Well that is conforting I guess. I had the car rust proofed and thought they did not put the moldings back. Thanks for your respose.

It must be normal because mine are missing as well.
The only theory I can come up with, is that they're the "jacking points" of the car?

Oh well. Its consistent. I guess we shouldn't waste time worrying about it. Just bugs me because I don't know why its missing and cannot figure out a logical reason.

I would check mine but then I would have to remoce the apperance pkg to do so? Do you guys not have this trim side trim piece?
