Loose parking light sockets

i was swapping my parking lights to leds, but they flicker. i know its not the leds themselves because i tried them at another location [trunk] and they work fine. but when i wiggle the connector the light comes back on. how exactly do i fix this?

Which LEDs are you using? I would guess that a good connection is not being made for some reason.

It will depend on how the LEDs look at the ends. If little copper wires are exposed on the very ends, sometimes you can very carefully bend them out just a pinch so that they seat in the sockets a little tighter. You could also very, very carefully bend the contacts inside the socket inward just a little bit to make better contact when the LED is installed. Sometimes the little copper wires on the LEDs moved to the sides a little bit and aren't exactly straight......look at that as well.
