dude any where you go the lip is gonna be 2-300+.....then you gotta figure on another 150-250 for paint.....if your looking at a bumper or kit you gotta figure on 250-1000 for the bumper and paint is 250-750......dont be cheap....your car isnt

Check out Bulletproof Automotive and JapanParts.com. Many options for body kits and lip spoilers.

where are you seeing front bumpers around $300. I hope you are not factoring ebay kits that dont fit well into this?

I'd like to get this for my RX8

http://www.japanparts.com/images/Ima...base=1&no=3279

But... its just alot of freaking money for nothing. If they sold it for 1/2 the price they'd still make money on it.

You da man, lazi. I'm not in the market for body parts (so to speak) yet, but when I am you'll hear from me.

BTW, I understand that FRP is not the same as fiberglass? Is that so?

Shipping on that lip is $190-$200 from Japanparts.

RX8Store, Mazdaparts might be a better route.

why does every one bash frp?.....if your careful enough and you have quality frp you should be fine.....better in some cases than poly-u because frp can be molded and shaped.....its also repairable and poly-u isnt

frp is also lighter than urethane, which is an issue for track drivers. My only worry about frp is what if I goof in a parking garage or have a minor fender bender... For the front I might be tempted to have something more flexible.
