License plate socket not working?

So the other day I noticed my license plate bulb wasn't on.. I decided to buy some LED's for the license plate. I went on and bought this http://www.rotaryfx.com/product_p/lig1019.htm from their website. I just received them today and decided to change them now. I removed the old bulb and installed the new LED one, still not getting any light.. Could it be a bad fuse? Socket not working? Thought it was odd..

btw, the license plate bulb removal, very easy, thanks to the DIY thread.

There is a 10A TAIL fuse, but this would also kill power to the tailights and rear side markers.

I suppose it is not likely but if you were messing around in the trunk recently you might want to check there is a small harness near to the passenger side tail light, towards the floor that could have come unclipped or something. It's behind the plastic piece that holds the jack handle iirc

Where exactly? Couldn't find it.

And yea, I tried putting the bulb in every direction.. No luck.

Here you go it's the white one. I have a couple of wire taps on there because I tapped in for a strip led for my tail light
