Hey i just got my 8 today. and lets just say im a very lucky kid..... (sometimes it doesnt hurt to be spoiled haha) I live in Nj and they require license plates on the front and back... i got the car from NY and it didnt have a front mount... how do i mount the front license plate... if i need something where can i get it? thanks

A, the car comes with a mount check your trunk it might be in there.
B, a fix it ticket is 45 bucks well worth it.

 

I don't know about NJ, but in NY they will give you a ticket everytime they see you drive by. Then add to that the illegal tint, and whatever else they can nail you for and the dollars add up. Put the plate on unless you have money to burn.

 

call dealer ask them for one, or do what i do and ask a rx8 member who
doesnt require it to sell or donate it.
p.s i got pulled over 3x already by the same officer for the front plate
and i think he cant remember everytime.

 

I suggest you call your local Mazda dealer in NJ and buy it from them. Unless you want to go back to NY to get it. And possible get a ticket like Salituro said.
