*yawn* Lambo doors are SO last century.

Hell, my crappy 1992 Toyota has better tech.

Seriously - Lambo kits have NO cred. You have to open the door normally before swinging it up, they wobble, and they don't have the feel of real Lamborghini scissor doors. It was kinda cool when one or two people did it on their own, but as a bolt-on, every-ricer-and-their-dad-has-one 'mod', it is deeply naff.

If you are using this as a daily driver, I would recomend a kit that goes the full 90 degrees. But, if the car is mainly show or barely driven, other kits aren't to harmful getting in and out.

I have the universal vertical door kit from Verticaldoors.com, I have had the kit on since September, I think, and the only problem is I have had to adust the passanger side once. My kit does not go up the full 90 so entry and exit is a little more difficult, but you can get use to anything.

Look into LSD also, Seems they might have a bolt on kit, at least that's what it looks like.

Yes http://www.lsd-doors.com/indexlsd.html is the best u can get for a veritical door kit.

U would not regard a LSD , but beware of door kits from other companies that offer a bolt with out alterations. They are not totally true cos I bought one and some drilling and fillings are still required.

Heee, they list a kit for the Gallardo.

I got mine from verticaldoors.com and damn are they a bitch to close. I actually have to use two hands to close them while in the car. Is this a problem that everybody has or just me cause seriously Im thinking about going to the gym just to be able to close these things...

I dunno but I guess this isnt a common problem? I thought maybe they just need to be broken in so I went and opened and closed them at least 100 times and still the same...

No wobble, solid as a rock, easy to open/close/enter/exit.

GT-Factory (requires skill to install):

Depends a bit on temperature. When they are hot (long stop-n-go traffic or high ambient temps) it takes a little more effort.
Try closing them with you as you get in by putting your arm on the rear part of the arm rest and use your weight to pull the door shut.

They are never difficult to close, but they don't just shut themselves under those conditions.

The two struts are 100 lb each. I think two 70 lb struts would be a better choice, but I haven't had the time to experiment.
