JDM B-Pillar ... just installed...

Got them from MazdaParts.com direct ship from Japan. They are WAY cool. Worth the price (very pricey... but hey it's my RX8)

Like these better than the dealer offered (either the mazdaspeed or the one with just RX-8 on them).

The JDM ones have the rotary with RX-8 in the middle. Much classier. SHould have pics very soon. Camera busted and need to get a new one.

Check the pics for them out at www.mazdaparts.com. Takes roughly 6-8 weeks for delivery but got mine in just 3 weeks... Must be an watching over me.

UPDATED:11/17 - Pics here...

Check them out!

Yep....

I plan to take pics when I get back my camera or get a new one. The pics on the web from mazda parts do not do it justice. They are tons better looking in person.

Almost the same result for about $10. And less waiting for delivery.

It is different... did you stick that on the stock b-pillar tape or is that on an aftermarket b-pillar? It seems to shine, but then again I can't tell.

there are 3 different official mazda ones, Fanman has the JDM MS CF ones:
http://www.mazdaparts.com/ProductDet...000-1112606399

psbjames has the Rotary Piano black JDM ones,
http://www.mazdaparts.com/ProductDet...000-1114250407

and then RX8 US piano black ones
http://www.mazdaparts.com/ProductDet...000-1114665791

They all are really nice I could not decide since I like them all...if I went with a CF theme I'd get Fanman's but now that I've decided to keep the piano black look the Rotary one is in my future

Mine are JDM Masdaspeed units. The US MS units have a big "Mazdaspeed" that goes from top to bottom.

The JDM version with rx-8 within the rotary symbol has always been my personal favorite.. They were always pricey... although it seems mazdaparts has them listed for less than I remember..... hmm.. I would like to buy a set one of these days... Is there still an additional discount when you become a mazdaparts "gold" member. Anybody know... ??

Painted b-pillar with glossy black, put THIS and couple of coats of clear. Poor's man "JDM" B-pillar.

I like the set that fanman has the best. Cleanest looking imo.

These look better in your pics than on the website. Just more of a fan of the piano black than the CF look. Perhaps it just goes better with the piano black in the interior.

Also planning to do the piano black in the inside door handles... perhaps my xmas present...

BTW... WHERE DID YOU GET THE RX8 Club.com sticker in your window!!!

Those look awesome. And 40 is a very good price.

Did you DIY. If so, make a post in the DIY section on it. People will want to know.

BTW, The JDM ones just stick on and theoretically can be removed (don't plan on it though). I get nervous about painting them and how long it will last.

Nope, there are 4, don't forget the B pillers for the shinka, those are the best looking of all of them.
