interior scratches , how to fix

Well I put something in my car the other day , and stupidly enough it scratched up the seat and center rear consol allitle , on the plastics and silver peice on the 2 sides of the center consol. Anyone know how to fix this ? Been lookin for touch up paint ,but scared to try it , anyone know what colors match the best and what about the black peices on the center consol ? What color matches best and the seats ?
Thanks in advance ,
Nate

My door sill trim plates seem to be taking the most damage at this point, lots of scuffs.

I dropped my keys onto the metal trim around the bottom door area, and it made a huge dent! ugh.

I heard mother's back to black was useful. I plan to try it out one of these days.
