Nope....
Not if you want to do it right!
I know it's kinda drastic, especially the huge 'slot' you have to cut, but I am pretty sure they would fall off if you didn't.
Your dilemma is that
A/ you could cut the hole, then want to change the kit/look, and be left with that god-awful slot....
or
B/ the only way to fit them without the slot is to cut the tab off, then use some really good 3m tape to do the sticky thing.....but if that DON'T work - you dont have a tab any more, to cinch it all together - now you are REALLY screwed!
I was a little paranoid too, doing it in my garage with the 'ole Dremel! I pushed the metal piece onto the tab so hard, it turned inside-out, and broke in two! Now I had the tab, the G.A. slot, and it still wouldn't hold worth squat! Had to pull on the inside, while I drilled a hole for a split-pin to go thru. All looked very nice at the end. You can see in my pic, no gap along the top, nice and flush.

The location of where I have to drill scares me for the future because of water and all getting in the area and starting to rust it. I already put my spoiler on but dont know about the whole drilling in the bottom of the car.

there's no way to attach the SIDE aero flares without drilling. However....the rear aero flares can be attached without drilling despite what the instructions say. I put on my rears in august 2003 by attaching the one side with the bolt in the wheel well and the other side with the double stick tape only, and it has held up without fail...and that is after 2 very bad winters in the snow and ice.
but as far as the sides go....double stick tape ain't gonna hold these pieces well enough. Get the guts up and do the the drilling. The templates that come with them make it really easier to know where to drill.

The drilling required is not bad at all!! I was very concerned about this myself, but did it anyway. Only 1 hole per side is needed. The hole is needed in the rear wheel well area. Simple and no issues. As Magatu said, you can bypass the drilling on the rear flares. I did and have not had any issues.
Good luck!!

No. The prongs on the bottom are existing clips. You will need to remove and cut to size the rubber stripping. This will expose the clips/prongs which will allow you to clip the side flare on. You only drill 1 hole. The inner wheel well lip. If you look at the side flare itself you will see the hole in the upper section. Jack the car up and get under there. Look and study, it will all make sense.
Hope this helps....good luck.
