Anyone have an idea how much an OEM painted front bumper would cost?

 

Depends on color, appearance package. Why not just buy an ms bumper?

 

It is enough to make you seriously contemplate going aftermarket. I don't know an exact figure though. They come unpainted afaik. I do know a trunk was like $700 and a rear bumper was around $400, all unpainted.

 

find a used one on craigslist or on here dont buy it new you'll get ripped off.

 

I am in contact with a merchant that can sell me a new mazda oem bumper and I talked to my local auto body shop that I have had good experience with. When all is said and done It looks like I can get one for something like 600-700 painted(white 3 stage paint). The problem with getting MS is that the front won't look right without the side skirts and by the time you get both you are spending over 2k. Not to mention I like every inch of ground clearance I can get in the winter.
