How long did it take Body Shop...
I am having a terrible experience right now with my local dealership/bodyshop. Quick note is that this place has excellent service with sales and service. My gf just bought a sweet *** Mazda 6 GT there.
Anyway...I bought a shineauto lip kit and needed to get it painted and installed on the car. They accepted the job and gave me a quote. Ok...so I asked if i should leave the parts and they paint them, so I can just bring the car when that's all done. They agreed.
SO...they said that it should be done BEFORE the 31st.
I took the car early last week to get fitted and some of it shaved down. They dropped me off at work while they worked on the car which took all day. They were SUPPOSED to call me when the work was done, and they forgot me. FORGOT me...so I had a friend drop me off.
I'm a patient guy so I let that go. NOW today...the guy says the parts aren't even painted...and they have been busy. Unacceptable. I went directly to the manager's office in the sales department and ran into the owner. He was not happy...he is going to call me back here pretty soon and let me know how his "discussion" with the body shop went...but what do you guys think about this. It has been two weeks...and my stuff hasn't been touched.
I don't expect body shops to work like McDonald's but they should AT least have the front lip...sideskirts...and trunk lip painted...come on.

I am having a problem much in the same with my mazdaspeed replica spoiler, It has already been fitted on the car and only needs painting (I took it to the same guy who did my body kit and removed a few door dings which took him a little bit over 4 weeks to do). The reason I took it here is because he has left over paint to paint the spoiler so it would cut down on costs. Anyways I was supposed to get it back LAST monday over a week ago. And yeah I called yesterday day to say WTF its been over a week for just painted a spoiler and he said hes been busy.
My end note is that Body Shops just simply suck
