"Hoen" Fog Lamps?
I was thinking of trying these "xenonmatch" bulbs by Hoen to replace my stock fog lights. Anybody try'em yet?

TxRX-8 , Try to get a Pic. compairing the old fog and the new Hoen. I would REALLY appreciate it!! Also, I was lookin at the PIAA's, the Extreme Force 4700K. Seems like they are tough to find. I did find them at autothing.com but i tried to call the customer service # and there was a recording saying "were unavailable"....seems fishy! If the Hoens arent so good i'll probably get the PIAA Extreme white 4000K.

The Hoen's foglight bulbs match the factory HID's extreme in terms of "color" pretty well. The cool part is that they run 55W like the factory therefore your wiring harness will not get fried. Awesome alternative to PIAA's (that that might fry your harness).

But the PIAA's are also 55W? Is that not true?

HID match my ***.
Anyways they look okay. I guess if you have the stock HID system they'd look good with those. I'm sorta happy.
This pic is comparing the hoen on the left and the stock on the right.
This is both Hoen's.
Oh and my HID's aren't that blue, it's the camera.

Well, they are definatly whiter than stock and much better lookin too! Do you think they would match the stock HID's? I was at the PIAA site last night and i dont think they offer any warranty on their bulbs. If that is the case there is no way i'm spendin $100 on their stuff, I'll go with Hoen, at least their bulbs have a 1 year warranty. If you really want to match YOUR headlights you'll probably have to go HID. 6000K in a halogen bulb is going to be tough, at least without loosing alot of light output.
BTW, i saw a pic. of your car in another tread, thoughs rims are smokin! Beautiful car. If you really dont like the Hoen's, maybe i'll buy them off ya. Let me know. Thanks for postin the pics!!

Thanks for the compliment on the wheels bud. You know what, the hoens look really good from farther away. They're bright white and have a hint of blue and purple. They look awesome. They would really match those stock HID's well. I say buy a pair off the site, you wont be dissapointed. I'm keeping mine! :D

Awsome! I'm glad you like them, I will order a pair this week. I was also considering getting the "Xenonmatch Plus" in H9 for the High beams. What do ya think?
