Help please! Identify the part

Okay well the previous owner of my car apparently hit a curb and smashed up the front bumper which is alright, and can be replaced. However, the shroud surrounding the wheel is smashed up as well and cannot adequately hold on a new bumper. I really need to find out what the part is so that I can replace it and finally put on my new Tsunami bumper . Pictures attached:

Your Welcome...................good luck!
Just when you discover the parts you are after, make sure what ever vendor on here(or your dealer) does a double-check on the numbers.
