Help finding a body part

I just bought a 2004 rx-8. I noticed the other day there is a huge scratch in the plastic piece under the rear bumper. What is this piece called and where do I get one. I have searched for probably 2 hours online but all I can find is body kits and the actual bumper.

you cant buy it separately. it is part of the OEM bumper. what you can do is get a MS Diffuser and add it on, but i am not sure if they still make it. you would need a new OEM rear bumper if you want the bottom part fixed.

I might have one of those for you. I am getting an OEM rear bumper soon and I'm putting on the MS diffuser so I'll be taking that part off of it. I can let you know as soon as I get the bumper.

I've always thought these would look nice in carbon fiber, but I haven't been able to find them as such. It would be hot, though.
