Has Anyone Ever Had Problems With Howard (Stainless Steel Strakes Guy)

I ordered some stainless steel strakes and crest from Howards website on Aug 13. And when i had first emailed him asking him how long it usually takes to ship out to Texas, he replied w/ 7-10 days. Well its been over 10 days and he hasnt replied to my last email about any update on my shipment. So I was just wondering if anyone has ever had problems w/ Howard. Kinda worried I paid around 200 bucks for both the crest and strakes on my credit card and this dude lives in another country I really wanted these strakes too.

Howard is a GREAT guy to do business with .

Escobar & Ironhead, don't worry, you will get your parts and you'll LOVE them.

I did some research on this guy as I will be ordering from him as well. Apparently he always receives excellent marks, so it would appear to be a waste of time to worry about it.

Escobar: How did you pay for the item?

If you used one of his ebay auctions; paypal will reimburse you.
If you used a VISA / MC, they will allow you to file a claim.

Either way, you are covered. Rest assured, and just be patient. They're worth the wait.
